Brian joined the Firm in January 1998, upon completion of his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accountancy from the University of South Florida. He is a principal with Dwight Darby & Company and director of the Firm’s tax practice.

Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Tampa Bay Builders Association, and Tax and Emerging Leaders Committees of BKR International. He has thirteen years of public accounting experience, providing income and sales tax compliance, estate planning, and various consulting services for the Firm's clients. Brian has worked extensively with construction contractors, wholesalers, service providers, manufacturing companies, real estate developers, trusts and estates.

Brian has two beautiful daughters who keep him busy, when he is not in the office. His wife, of over thirteen years, is a school teacher in Hillsborough County.
