Kathy, a native of St. Petersburg, began her career in public accounting with Dwight Darby & Company and is a graduate of the University of South Florida (USF) in 1986. She is an audit partner of the Firm and has over twenty years of public accounting experience and three years of private accounting experience.

Kathy's industries of concentration are financial institutions, construction, common interest realty associations (CIRA) and employee benefit plans. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), as well as being on the Board of Directors of the Suncoast chapter of Community Associations Institute. She is on the Resource Counsel of the FICPA's CIRA committee, a member of BKR's Retirement Plan Auditors Committee and Emerging Leaders Committee, and on USF St. Petersburg’s Accounting Advisory Board.

Kathy lives in Parrish. She is very committed to her family and the needs of the Firm’s clients. She was instrumental in developing the Firm’s Employee Benefit Plans audit division and expanding the CIRA division.
