Part of the philosophy of Dwight Darby & Company is to be involved both professionally and personally in our community and to make a contribution to various organizations.

The professionals at Dwight Darby & Company are proud to be members of such organizations as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Within the AICPA, we are members of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. In addition, the Firm is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Suncoast Chapter of CAI.

Dwight Darby & Company is an independent member of BKR International, a leading global association of independent accounting and business advisory firms representing the expertise of more than 135 member firms with over 300 offices in over 70 countries around the world. We are the exclusive member in central Florida of the AutoCPA Group, a nationwide association of over twenty-five CPA firms who provide services to automobile, truck and motorcycle dealerships. 

Through these affiliations, Dwight Darby & Company offers the quality and expertise of a large firm while retaining independence and maintaining a culture that provides personalized client service usually found only in a local firm.

Dwight Darby & Company actively supports many civic, school, university and religious organizations in the community, with members of the Firm serving on various boards of directors.
